Animation is the art of bringing objects to life on screen and now you can do it too.

Paper Plane Creations are now running animation workshops both for adults and children, either in certain venues or in your own home.

In these fully hands-on workshops participants learn to animate using a range of techniques - from plasticene animation, clay-mation and even acting to camera using live action filming techniques.

It is a unique and creative way for children to develop their sense of stories, characters and expression.

It is also a lot of fun

Previous workshops have been held at Cork Film Centre , Kinsale Pottery Workshop various summer festivals and at private birthday parties.

2 Day Taster Workshops at Cork Film Centre:

Make your own short movie - Participants will be introduced to various stop motion animation techniques claymation, cut-out animation, pixillation in these fully hands on introductory workshops. Day 1 is all about introduction & model-making, day 2 gives you the chance to make your own short piece, sound effects and all.
